Ordering & Delivery of Cupcakes
- Quotes and orders for fresh cupcakes can be placed through our online shop or by emailing info@cupcakesweeties.co.nz
- We require 24 hours notice for orders - but as much notice as you can give is appreciated.
- If your order is required within 24 hours please call us on 04 577 2962 to check availability.
- Deliveries are available Monday to Friday only - Deliveries are not available weekends or public holiday.
- Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.
- Pick up is from 221 Waiwhetu Road, Fairfield, Lower Hutt
- To ensure our cupcakes get to you in the freshest, most perfect condition we use a door-to-door delivery company.
- Our delivery service is a 3 hour courier and the charges for delivery are:
- Lower Hutt $10, Upper Hutt, $14, Wellington Central $14, other Wellington areas $23, Whitby and Plimmerton $28. Please contact us for specific details of what suburbs each area covers.
- If you require you order by a specific time, our 1 our courier service to Wellington CBD has a $12 surcharge. Please contact us for other areas.
- We are unable to deliver to Wairarapa or Kapiti, but you are welcome to pick orders up from us in Lower Hutt
- If cupcakes are not able to be delivered to the address provided for any reason, they will need to be collected from the Cupcake Sweeties Studio at 221 Waiwhetu Road, Fairfield by arrangement, or a further delivery can be arranged at the your expense.
Entertainment Book Discounts
- The 2013 / 2014 Entertainment Book can be used in store for 25% off any retail product up to a maximum value of $25 Discount.
- Alternatively it may be used for purchasing 1 cupcake decorating class / get one free up to the value of $40. The voucher must be presented on the day of the class (or previously) or full payment is requried.
- If vouchers are being used for private decorating classes, a maximum of 2 vouchers may be used per private class.
Decorating Product Delivery
- We can courier our decorating products throughout New Zealand at $4 per delivery
- We will endeavour to mail items as soon as payment is made
- At this stage we do not offer international delivery, but we can quote for this upon request
Payment Options
- We accept Visa /Master Card - This may be done via PayPal through our Online Shop.
- Bank Deposit - You may also pay straight into our bank account. On ordering you will receive our bank details and a reference number to use.
- Payment is required in full before your order will be dispatched.
Returns and Refunds
We do our best to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition and are well packaged. Please choose carefully as we cannot exchange goods if you change your mind - however if you have received a faulty or wrong product or are concerned in regards to the delivery of your product please contact us and we will endeavour to remedy this immediately.
