Gel and Powder Food Colour

Icing gel colour is made to produce deeper, richer colour by adding just a small amount. 

The Powder colours are used to colour chocolate, but can also be used on buttercream, fondant etc.

The Edible Silk Range of colours are high quality dusting powders for use on food and cake decorations. Apply using a dry brush or mix with dipping solution to create an edible paint.
